Special Operations Vehicles (SOV)
This project has delivered a mixed fleet of vehicles to New Zealand's Special Operations Forces.
Government approval
June 2015
Project budget of $28 million is approved to replace the existing Pinzgauer Special Operations Vehicle fleet.
Contracts
Contracts were signed to deliver the vehicles required for this project.
This included a contract with Supacat for their High Mobility Transporter (HMT) vehicle and a memorandum of sale signed with the Australian Department of Defence for the transfer of Bushmaster Protected Mobility Vehicles.
