This Report and Action Plan 2022 sets out what the Ministry will do to reduce its gender and ethnicity pay gaps and reports progress.
Kia Toipoto – Gender and Ethnicity Pay Gap Agency Report and Action Plan is part of the work to eliminate the gender and ethnicity pay gaps in the Public Service. This includes the report on the Ministry’s five year targets for reducing the gender pay gap and sets out our new ones.
