Ministry of Defence Gender Pay Gap Agency Action Plan 2021
This Action Plan sets out what the Ministry will do to reduce its gender pay gap and reports progress.
The Gender Pay Action Plan is part of work to eliminate the gender pay gap in the Public Service. The 2021 Action Plan also reports on the Ministry's ethnic pay gap.
