Acquisition and Cross Servicing Agreement Between New Zealand and Japan

This publication provides the December 2025 Cabinet approval of the text of an Acquisition and Cross Servicing Agreement Between New Zealand and Japan [ECO-25-MIN-0206 and ECO-25-SUB-0206]. The Agreement sets out the legal conditions and practical arrangements necessary for reciprocal logistical support within each other's territories.
