New Zealand’s Contribution to Peace and Stability on the Korean Peninsula 2021

Deferment of Southern Ocean Patrol Vessel Project
This publication provides a March 2022 submission from the Ministry of Defence informing the Minister of Defence of the decision taken by Defence to defer work on the Southern Ocean Patrol Vessel project and the intent to inform industry of this decision. Due to the impact COVID-19 has had on the fiscal environment and emerging personnel pressures from other projects, a decision was made to defer this work.
